Carr & Associates Engineers, Inc. provides municipal clients with a wide variety of general civil, structural, environmental, and surveying projects. We have surveyed and designed over thirty water/wastewater treatment plants and hundreds of miles of water distribution lines and sanitary sewer collection lines. Three of the plants have won National Design awards and two have won recognition from the EPA for the "innovative design" and "low maintenance costs". Carr & Associates has assisted many municipalities with projects ranging from Industrial Parks to Ballparks. The firm assists with Master Planning, Funds Applications, Construction Plans, and Construction Administration/Observation.
